Monday’s child is full of grace..

Image

Monday’s child is fair of face,
Tuesday’s child is full of grace,
Wednesday’s child is full of woe,
Thursday’s child has far to go,
Friday’s child is loving and giving,
Saturday’s child works hard for a living,
But the child who is born on the Sabbath Day
Is bonny and blithe and good and gay [1].
Which child are you? Do your children fit with this description? It seems to ring true in our family. Why not send me a reply to let me know if it does in yours…

  1. Noooooooooo that means Maxy has far to go! Maybe that’s coz he’s going right to the top? Although if I go by this rhyme I’m gay ha ha

    • Better than ‘being full of woe’ I’d say… yep.. that’s me! lol.. And I hung on putting my mum through 4 days labour or something just so that I could be it.. One more day and it would have been ‘all souls day’ instead of ‘all saints day’ too.
